UV radiation will cause wood to fade, gray and dry out over time; wind and rain can wear away at the finish of decks and fences and cause them to rot. Fortunately, we stock eco-friendly stains and sealers specifically formulated to address these issues. We also have products that can help restore weathered wood to its original condition, allowing it to receive an exterior penetrating wood sealer for a finish that will last. Staining and coloring your wood can both enhance appearance and add an extra level of protection against UV radiation. We stock a zero VOC product which can color and protect your exterior wood in one step, and works on even the densest of hardwoods or bamboos where traditional sealers might prove less effective. We stock several exterior products that are exclusive to our store. We also invite you, whenever possible, to bring in the wood that you are working with so you can play with our products in the store to find the look that works best for you.
